KOPA 40YEARS 

  ARIS     was formed in 1977 and languished for years making the numbers in Kopa until Phillipos Costa,George Georgiou and Co made

Steve Cinotti the boss in 2002.Steve Cinotti embarked on a trophy conquering era for 6 years winning everything in sight,he turned a

small club into a giant.Aris won their first big trophies in 2003 being

the Challenge Cup,LFA Intermediate Cup and in 6 years won a total of

4 Challenge Cups,2 Divisional 1 Cups and back to back LFA Challenge

Cups but the Aris biggest acheivement was matching awsome AEL record of 4 titles in a row,Aris did the Double in 2004,a Treble in 2005,

the LFA,title Double in 2006,the Double in 2007 in that hall of trophies.

Aris were a winning machine and comparisons were made with the great AEL but AELs calibre of players were far superior as was the era they dominated,AEL were a class above without devaluing the great success of Aris.The Aris rule was finally ended by Panthea in 2008

and a year later folded,they left a great legacy to be proud of.
